Everything you need to know on how to grow, harvest, and preserve shiitake mushrooms in your own backyard. Plus you will get 2, 3 ft long shiitake logs of your own to take home. A light plant based meal will be provided featuring shiitake. You can also buy more logs inoculated or raw for your own shiitake mushroom kit.

This is only for people who have signed up for the Mushroom Class.

We will have logs and mushroom spawn to make your own logs for $35 each. And if you have your own spawn kit, you can buy sweet gum logs for $5 each.

Private Bedroom with sink and vanity. Shared bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Access to the infrared sauna and the 8 person hot tub. Check-in 4pm. Check out Monday Morning at 10am.
